{"id":4491,"date":"2012-04-13T21:52:47","date_gmt":"2012-04-13T13:52:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/inertz.com\/blog\/?p=4491"},"modified":"2012-04-13T21:52:47","modified_gmt":"2012-04-13T13:52:47","slug":"intel-digesa-untuk-menyokong-ddr4-lebih-awal-daripada-jadual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inertz.com\/blog\/intel-digesa-untuk-menyokong-ddr4-lebih-awal-daripada-jadual\/","title":{"rendered":"Intel digesa untuk menyokong DDR4 lebih awal daripada jadual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Samsung Electronics dilaporkan telah cuba untuk memujuk Intel melancarkan DDR4 bagi menyokong platform pelayan lebih awal daripada jadual iaitu 2014 disebabkan oleh kebimbangan bahawa membuat cip DDR3 kini tidak lagi menguntungkan kerana harga yang rendah, menurut pemerhati industri.<\/p>\n<p>Kini hanya Samsung dan Hynix Semiconductor telah menyiapkan pembangunan DDR4 , dan bersiap sedia untuk peralihan kepada standard memori generasi akan datang.<\/p>\n<p>Walaupun terdapat lonjakan terkini di tengah-tengah kebimbangan bahawa Elpida Memory mungkin keluar daripada segmen DDR3 menyebabkan bekalan DDR3 global mengecut, harga untuk memori PC arus perdana telah jatuh dengan mendadak sejak akhir 2011. Lebihan bekalan kekal di pasaran walaupun spekulasi bahawa bilangan pemain industri akan mengurangkan bekalan.<\/p>\n<p>Peralihan kepada DDR4 boleh menjadi satu-satunya cara bahawa industri DRAM mampu untuk memanjat keluar dari musim menurun.
